2. Firearm(s) for Appraisal
1. Please complete a separate form for each firearm to be appraised
2. If there are any special instruction’s, please note them in this section
3. Please forward the following photographs of each firearm to be appraised
1. Close up of the Left Side of the Firearm
2. Close up of the Right Side of the Firearm
3. Close up of the Serial Number insuring all serial numbers and factory markings are legible
4. Close up of any and all factory Engraving and Proof Marks
5. If the firearm has damage, please provide detailed photos showing the damage
6. If you have additional documents that may influence the value, please include copies of these documents
